The Poetry Editor, that would be me, is taking a summer sabbatical. All submissions that were in the in-box before midnight May 15 (a few minutes ago) will be answered in the next few days. All submissions arriving after midnight May 15 will be answered shortly after July 15. All acceptances will be for fall issues. We are NOT closed to poetry submissions, but if you submit now, expect to wait until July for a reply.

Expect some good poetry to be published in June and July. The Dead Mule has some great poets.
